How to play

1. Connect your wallet and switch to the Base network.
2. Press PLAY to pay the 0.00005 ETH entry fee (about $0.20) and open a one-hour play session.
3. Steer the ship between the asteroids. Your score climbs as long as you survive.
4. Submit your run when it beats your personal best — only a better score is worth the transaction.

Controls

• Desktop: left and right arrow keys, or A and D.
• Mobile: swipe left and right.

Weekly rewards

Entry fees fill a shared jackpot distributed every week: 40% to first place, 25% to second, 15% to third. 10% covers server and development costs, and the last 10% stays in the contract to seed the following week. The weekly podium resets after each distribution; your all-time best is kept forever.

Fully onchain

Payments, scores and payouts all go through a smart contract deployed on Base and verified on BaseScan, so anyone can audit the rules and the jackpot balance. Score submissions are signed server-side with ECDSA to keep the leaderboard honest.

Whack A Coin has its own contract and its own weekly jackpot, split on the same 40 / 25 / 15 podium basis, with 10% for operations and 10% carried over to the next week.

The game is in beta: the contract is live on Base and verified on BaseScan and the leaderboard is already onchain, but mechanics and balancing may still change.
